This photograph was found in a collection of photographs and other documents belonging to the Swedish botanist Vivi Täckholm, who lived in Egypt for many years and founded the botanical department at Cairo University. Department staff are interested in knowing the person's identity, probably one of Vivi's relatives or friends.
